Cash on delivery is a new payment option provided by ROMWE for our customers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, where customers can pay in cash upon delivery of the parcel. For a better shopping experience, please read the following instructions carefully:
1. Placing An Order
The order amount (the retail price) is limited to$50~ $400US Dollars. Please ensure that you have filled in correct shipping address and cellphone number. It is important that this information is correct as it will be used for message verification and delivery contact. A spare mobile phone number may be used in the delivery process of your package. However, for message verification, please provide only one phone number.
2. Message Verification
The order will not be completed before the message verification is completed. Please visit ROMWE user center regularly to view order updates.
3. Order Modification/Cancellation
After a COD order is placed, customers may cancel it after ten minutes and up to six hours after the order has been placed.We provide this window of time so that if customers wish to add or remove a product before shipment, they may do so.
Please note: if the system says“Failure to cancel the order”, this indicates that the order is already packed and will be dispatched soon. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
4. Order Processing
It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.It normally takes 1-3 business days for the items marked with ‘Priority Dispatching’ to be ready for shipment.If an item is not available, customers may choose another product of equal price for replacement.
If we have not received the replacement request within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
A COD order is usually shipped out by Aramex. It normally takes3-8 business days for the order to be delivered after shipment. There may be some delay in weekends and holidays.
6. Cash on Delivery
Customers must pay the courier for the orderupon arrival. Please prepare cash in advance and keep phone available for a smooth transaction. Additionally, there is a $10COD service fee, which is determined by the retail price of the order. Please confirm the amount when placing the order.
7. After-Sales Service
After confirming the delivery of the order, please submit a ticket in your ROMWE account if you have any questions regarding the order. Contacting our Customer Service Team through our ticket system ensures the most efficient method of communication. We will then get back to you asap.
NOTE: Please note that we do not accept COD packages returned for exchanges.
